He is survived by: his children, Eric Smith (Carmen Rivera) of Lima and Tambra Smith (Boubasar Dandakoye) of Lima; and his siblings, Wayne Smith (Natalie McGee) of Lima, Curtis Smith (Velma Hardy) of Lima and Carolyn Henson (Wayne) of Toledo, OH.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
