Perry of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Jeremy Evans (Sara) of Powell, OH, Renee Marker (Craig) of Bellefontaine, OH and Jason Peters (Jenessa) of Wapakoneta, OH; her great grandchildren, Sophia Grace Marker, Brady Edward Marker and Colette Elizabeth Evans; and her son John Edward Keller.
