Rufus (Lima, Ohio), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Easter Price; his children, Fred Peoples (Amy) of Lima, Terrez Carter of Lima and Princella Carter of Dayton, OH.; his siblings, Clifton Rufus (Janice) of Arizona and Freddie Mae Hill (Carl) of Kansas City, MO.; his stepsiblings, Bertha Rufus of Clarksville, TN., Vivian Baldwin (Gregory) of Clarksville, TN., Stephanie Rufus of Clarksville, TN., Dexter Rufus of Flint, MI and Gregory Rufus of Clarksville, TN.; his son Joshua L. Carter; and his brother Fred Rufus. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
