He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his sons, Eathen and Caleb; and his siblings, Terry Short, Billy McElroy, Jeremy McElroy (Tammy), William Palmer, Reno Palmer, Carla Goetz, Sam McElroy (Doug Thornsberry), Liz McElroy (Jim), Kesha Wright, Courtney Freeman and Natasha Freeman.
