She is survived by: her children, Leo (Diane) of Columbus, OH, Fred (Janis) of Libertyville, IL, Carol Grim and Louise Foster (Jerry Lotz) of Lima, OH; and her daughter-in-law Annette Smith of Crestline, OH. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
