Smart of Lima; his grandchild Anya L. Phillips; and his siblings, Cary Smith, Jr. of Florida, Tish Smith Taylor of Chicago, IL and Bernita Smith of Van Wert, OH.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
