He was predeceased by: his son David W. Corwin; his son-in-law Tom Sunderland; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Darling, Virginia Reese, Max, Uncle and Fritz.
He is survived by: his spouse Joan K. Darling; his children, Julie Sunderland, Gwen Stump (Terry), Doug Corwin (Genean) and Dan Corwin (Laura); his sister Patricia Azzarello (John); his brother-in-law Herbert Darling; and his father David Ross. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
