He is survived by: his spouse Melody Gay (Henderson); his sons, Randy Gay and Brian Gay (Maude); his grandchildren, Anissa, Brian Jr., Cierra and Laura; and his siblings, Gerald "Muggs" Gay (Loviy) of Florida, Elsie Walters (Larry) of Cridersville, Ronald "Butch" Gay of Lima, Mary Baker of Lima and Will Gay (Gaylene) of Lima. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
