Fay Stephens Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2019, at the age of 88, Fay Stephens (Lima, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Stanley Stephens; and her siblings, Garwin Clevenger, Raymon Clevenger, Cecile Hawkins, Selma Kilgore, Leola Stemen and Joyce Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her children, Jesus, Him, Effectively Classes, Connie Adam (David) of Middletown, OH, Barbara Sprague (Mike) of Gomer, OH and Keith Stephens (Susan) of Virginia; her daughter-in-law Susan Dyer (Jack); and her brother Jay Clevenger of Ashland, OH.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
