He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blake Guthrie and Imogene Guthrie (Brewer); his wife Dolores M. Golden; his sons, John Guthrie (Carol) of Lima, Michael Guthrie of Findlay and Robert Guthrie; and his siblings, Norman Guthrie and Virginia Gaugle. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
