With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Dugger (Lima, Ohio), born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Freda Snyder; her sons-in-law, Michael Snyder, Chris Cisco and Kenneth Warrington; and her granddaughters, Emily Jo Warrington and Missy Snyder.

She is survived by: her spouse Fred Dugger; her sons, Faye Warrington, Linda Cisco, Fred Dugger (Diana) and Larry Dugger (Cheryl Goetz); and her sister-in-law Kay Bowlin. She is also survived by grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
