He is survived by: his mother Janet Irene Carr (Shade); his wife Vicki Carr (Burrelsman); his son Gary William Carr II of Lima; his stepson Bryan Groves of Jacksonville, FL; and his siblings, Cheryl Wolf (Denny) of Lima, Julie Wittkamp (Frank) of Lima, Nancy Owens (Tim Dixon) of Lakeview, OH, Steve Carr (Cindy) of Defiance and Kevin Carr (Cheryl) of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
