It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary L. Allen (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Pam Allen; his stepfather Chuck Coulter; his mothers-in-law, Betty Noffsinger and Betty Steele; his brother Gail Allen; and his brother-in-law Neil Noffsinger.
He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Coulter; his wife Vicky Allen (Steele); his stepchildren, Gregory Allen (Donna), Mindy Gillen (Rob), Lory Lee (Charles) and Travis Campbell; his siblings, Rick Allen (Connie), Pam Ingle (Randy), Colleen Harter and Wendy Allen; his father-in-law Dean Noffsinger; and his grandchildren, Bailey Gillen, Savannah Gillen, Lauren Allen, Kate Allen, Dylan Walker, Kameryn Lee and Jayce Lee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless beloved friends.
