He is survived by: his parents, Gerald "Slim" Hofacker and Shari Hofacker (Luchini); his spouse Janice Hofacker (Hoffman); his children, Donovan Mabry, Timothy Alan Hoffman (Debbie), Jason Owen Mabry (Katie Pfenning) and Nichole Mabry (James Skaggs); his grandchildren, Coral, Destiny, Sage, Kaiden and Kyleigh; his great grandchild Kaydence; and his siblings, Alex Hofacker (Beatrice), Adam Hofacker (Jane) and Melinda McDougal. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
