He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Bartley (Hoskinson); his children, Mark Bartley of Findlay, Dawn Rhoades (Tracy) of Lima, Shonda Oliver (Robert) of Lima, Lisa Conley of Louisville, JoAnna Lynch (Kent) of St. Petersburg and Stacy Revel (Bob) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Erin, Halley, Hillary, Tyler, Landon, Madison and Tori; his great grandchild Makenna; and his siblings, Ritchie and Doreen. He is also survived by many niece and nephews.
