It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory LaGwin Sims Sr. (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sims and Joe Manley Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Sims Jr. of Jonesboro, Sean Graham of Wynne, Arkansas and Sacoiya Johnson of Claymont, Delaware.; his siblings, Snowden G. Sims (Melinda) of Grove City, OH, Joe L. Manley, Jr. of Detroit, MI., Angela Gaines of Lima, Letitia Nigh (Scott) of Lima, Gwendolen-Lane Harvey of Lima, Cheryl Gilcrease (Ronnie) of Lima and Shondra White of Florida; and his stepsister Alisa Monique Noel of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
