He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace Lewis and Lurline Dickens; and his siblings, Michael Lewis and Joyce Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne; his children, Kamali Lewis of Columbus, David Lewis of Columbus, Michael Lewis of Columbus, Adam Lewis of Columbus, Emmanuel Lewis of Columbus, Joshua Lewis of Columbus and Vanessa Ellis (Ianni) of Columbus; and his siblings, Donovan Lewis (Audrey) of Columbus, Georgia. and Dorett Lee (Alvin) of Lima. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
