She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Layne and Della Duty Layne; her son David McNeil; and her siblings, Russell Layne, Bill Layne and Blanche Brewster.

She is survived by: her daughter Tracy D. Green (Tony) of Lima; her grandchildren, Shane McNeil, Alex Green (Jen), Ciara McNeil, Emily McNeil, Samantha Vorhes (Mike) and Cameron Green; her great grandchildren, Mason and Maxton; her siblings, Paul Layne of Grundy, Ronnie Layne (Pat) of Grundy, Keith Layne (Karen) of Grundy, Larry Layne (Brenda) of Grundy and Virginia; and her daughter-in-law Anita McNeil.

Memorial contributions may be given to Deb's Dogs.
