He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Maxwell and Isabelle Maxwell (Kilpatrick); his siblings, Samuel, Joseph, James Maxwell and Gladys Schmit; and his sister-in-law Ada Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Maxine Maxwell (Kent); his children, Janelle Maxwell of Dayton, Joyce Jackson (Shane) of Lima and Daniel Maxwell of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Nikki Maxwell, Kristi Short and Tyler Jackson; his great grandchild Amelia Maxwell; and his siblings, Nicholas Maxwell (Sandy) and Mary Maxwell.
