It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack D. McDermitt of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert McDermitt and Zelma McPheron McDermitt; and his brother Roland McDermitt (Bernice). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Zeller; his children, David P. McDermitt (Tracey) of Lima, Brian L. McDermitt (Carolina) of Celina, Jack K. McDermitt (Jodi) of Lima, Kathleen S. Burkholder (Tim) of Lafayette and Helen L. Kromer (John) of Lima; and his grandchildren, James, Justin, Zachary, Theresa, Ryan, Colin, Brad, Megan, Paige, Sarah, Ian and Riley. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or to the Honor Flight Program.
