He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Sandlin and Waneta Sandlin (Brunk); his wife Cynthia Kelley; his daughters, Jennifer L. Moran (Dwayne) of Lima and Jill M. Sandlin of Lima; his brother Douglas Sandlin (Darlene) of Elida; his sister-in-law Cherie Sandlin of Elida; his grandchildren, Jayden Moran, Jewel Moran, Jalei Moran, Justice Lott, Kennedy Lott and Kendall Lott II; his great grandchild Kason James Moran; and his brother Dennis Sandlin.

Memorial contributions may be made to James Cancer Center at Ohio State University.
