Raines (Lima, Ohio), born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 18, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Raines and Marie Raines (Margraves); his wife Betty Ellison; his son Steve Raines (Linda) of Cridersville; his grandchildren, Josh and Lacey; his siblings, Carl Raines of Lima and Carolyn Stoltzenburg of Wapak; his former wife Ruby Raines; and his siblings, Bill, Jerry, Frankie Raines, Jeanette, Fay and Diane.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
