He was predeceased by: his parents, Oca Rothen and Eileen Rothen (Jones); and his sister Bonnie Green. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rothen; his children, D. J. Crawford of Greenville, OH, Jennifer Zoller (Dean) and Bonnie Rothen of Huber Heights, Ohio; and his siblings, Marlene, Allen Rothen of Dayton, OH and Thomas Rothen of London, OH.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
