She is survived by: her children, Kelly Betz Haggard of Delphos, Bobbie Betz of Lima and Jason Betz of Lima; her grandchildren, Cory, Deven and Derek of Delphos; and her siblings, Jerry Carpenter (Jane) of Ottawa, Ed Carpenter (Missy) of Cairo, Deborah Siefer of Lima, Laura Caudill of Lima and Katie Jones (Mike) of Lima.
