She was predeceased by: her son Gary Carr. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wolf (Denny) of Lima, Steve Carr (Cindy) of Defiance, Julie Wittkamp (Frank) of Lima, Kevin Carr (Cheryl) of Lima and Nancy Owens (Tim Dixon) of Indian Lake; her daughter-in-law Vicky Carr; and her brother Richard Shade (Luella) of Battle Ground, IN.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
