He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kathy M. Jolivette (Andrew) of Missouri City, Anthony G. Guice (Sharon) of Lima, Gerald D. Guice of Lima, Michael W. Guice of Lima, Jason L. Guice of Lima and Greg Jones (Cynthia) of Lima; his grandchildren, LeShane, Jeremy, Tatrice, Brett, Adrian, Shaun, Adam, Janelle, Ryan, Damien, Britnee, Brandee, Patricia, Ashley and Andre; and his siblings-in-law, Lula M. Estelle, Gladys McNeal (Willie) and Mack Estelle (Bridgett). He is also survived by 26 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
