He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Edward and Grace A. Lotz, Sr. (Hughes); and his siblings, Eugene E. Lotz, Jr. and Sheila Gail Evert. He is survived by: his close friend Louise Foster of Lima; his children, Aileen R. Carr (Anthony Turman) of Elida and Jerry William Lotz, Jr. (Kristina) of Cridersville; and his brother Jack A. Lotz. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
