He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene O'Keefe and Mildred O'Keefe (Siebeneck); and his siblings, Bill, Bud O'Keefe, Ruth Carroll, Carol O'Keefe and Patricia Wheeler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Cottrell (Matthew) of Lima and Tamara Schrolucke of Spencerville; his grandchildren, Brandon Crawford, Matthew Crawford, Jeremiah Cottrell, Donovan Maier, Jayden Maier and Jodie Schrolucke; and his brother Bob O'Keefe (Sherry). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
