He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pagan Figueroa and Teresa Rosario Nieves; and his brother Heriberto Nazario. He is survived by: his wife Diana Pagan Rosario; his children, Jesus Alberto Pagan Rosario, Ziany A. Pagan Rosario, Jose Alberto Pagan Rivera and Carlos Javier Pagan Rivera; and his sisters, Rosa I. Pagan, Migdalia Pagan, Miriam Pagan and Marisol Pagan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
