He is survived by: his children, Joe L. Manley, Jr., Gregory Manley (Tracy), Gerald Manley (Michelle) of Lima, Maurice Manley (Tana) and Ron Manley; his grandchildren, Shondra White of Florida, Letitia Nigh (Scott) and Angela Gaines; and his sisters, Bertha Smith of Lima, Ruby Brown of Lima, Celestine Owens of Lima and Ernestine James of Hurtsboro, AL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
