He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Eugene Clinton Meeks II and Margie Louise Pritchett; his aunt Darlene Pritchett-Pitts; his uncle Jimmie Neal Pitts; his fiancée Marquita Jackson; his children, Joseph Eugene Clinton Meeks IV and Laila Lenise Meeks of Cleveland, OH.; and his siblings, Marquez Ravon Pritchett (Monique) of Moreno Valley, CA, Tony Lee Dervontia Ackles of Lima, Ohio., Lamar Meeks of Lima, Ohio. and Candena Meeks. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
