He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Miller (Brenda) and Deborah Hicks (Dean Henson); his fiancé Jody Ward of Lima; his children, Faith Marie, Hope Mae, Brice Eric and Maryanna; his brothers, Nathan Jennings (Kristina) of Marysville and Jerad Miller (Andrelisa) of Lakeland; and his pet Jenson Daniels.
