It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Pugh of Lima, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Comer and Louise Comer (Lugar); and her brother Bill. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her daughters, Amanda Ishtayeh (Khaleel) of Columbus and Abigail Bowman (Thomas) of Sidney; her sister Pam Comer (Linda Allan) of Naples, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Leila Ishtayeh, Lena Ishtayeh, Lara Ishtayeh, Ian Bowman of Sidney and Lt. Alex Bowman of Fayetteville, NC..
