She was predeceased by: her daughter Ann Hayes; her granddaughter Erin Mulcahy; and her brother Lewis Van Horn (Wilma). She is survived by: her spouse James Mulcahy; her children, James Mulcahy and Colleen Emrick (Gene); her grandchildren, Lauryn Emrick, Nicholas Emrick, Carolyn Forbes (Nehmiah), Haley Mulcahy and Tessa Mulcahy; her great grandchild Nehmiah Forbes, Jr.; and also Brent Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
