He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Williams-Beverly and Mary Williams-Beverly; and his siblings, Thelma Holmes, Helen Beverly, Bert Peterson, Henry Battle, Ben Beverly, Jesse Beverly and David Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Shearon D. Beverly of Columbus, Lindsay "Jack" Beverly of Lima, OH, Martin L. Beverly (Michelle) of Columbus, OH, Marvin D. Beverly of Lima, OH and Daryl Pitts of Atlanta, GA.; and his sisters, Ruth Beverly of Brooklyn, N. Y. and Beverly L. Brown (Jimmy) of Eufala, AL.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Philippian Missionary Baptist Church (190 E 8th St, Lima, OH 45804). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
