He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dorothy Hart. He is survived by: his parents, Mark W. Montgomery and Veronica L. Montgomery (Hites); his siblings, Teresa McDaniel (Marco) of Dayton, OH, Melissa Campbell (Josh) of Jacksonville, NC and Michael S. Upshaw of Lima, OH; and his grandparents, Jack and Kathryn Hites of Lima, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
