She is survived by: her husband Andrew Hawley; her sons, William Cordan Lambert of Lima and Trevor O'Neal Lambert of Lima; her stepson Charles Ramon Renteria of Grand Prairie, Texas.; her daughter Polly Bice (Kevin) of Gomer, OH.; and her sisters, Suzy Hill of Satellite Beach, Florida., Billie Dale Ellingson of Satellite Beach, Florida. and Cheryl Arthur. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
