Bailey, Sr.; her children, Tammy Butcher (Ronnie) of Chillicothe, OH, Connie McNeal (Jamie Sims) of Lima, Frank Bailey, Jr. of Russells Point, John Bailey (Tonya) of Jackson Center, OH and Richard Bailey (Mindy) of Lakeview, OH; her granddaughter Tiffany; her great grandchild Kalaeb; and her siblings, Judy Knisley (Delbert), Sharon Amrine (Ron) of West Mansfield, OH, Hope Martin (Ken) of Bellefontaine, OH, Mary Comer (Bill) of Huntsville, OH, Joy Tavenner of Russells Point, Joe Leugers (Kathy), Wayne Leugers of Lakeview, Mike Leugers (Sue) of Huntsville and Roger Leugers (Kim) of Belle Center, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
