Luella Wandell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luella Wandell (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on March 22, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Murray and Maud Murray (Hardin) of Auglaize County; her spouse Glenn A. Wandell; her children, Pamela Fleming (Bill) of Laytonsville, MD, Glenna Miller of Noblesville, IN and Wes Wandell (Jenny) of Plainwell, MI.; and her grandchildren, Sean, Brent, Jennifer, Ashley, Megan, Jenah, Robbie and Mitch. She was also cherished by her twelve great grandchildren.
Luella was very proud of her help with the war effort when she posed in 1942 for a Lima News photo promoting a Westinghouse campaign for scrap metal donation awareness.
