She was predeceased by: her parents, Enyart Ray and Cleta Arvilla Johns (Bowman); her husband Murray Shulaw; her children, David Lee Shulaw, Patricia Lynn Cooper and Debra Kay Dehaven; her son-in-law Bob Allen; her siblings, Clayton Johns (Mary), Marlyn Dwayne Johns (Jodene), Rose Marie Sheets (Jim) and Irene Patrick (Gerald); and her brother-in-law Paul Harp.
She is survived by: her children, Steven R. Shulaw (Diane) and Carol Allen; and her sister Dorothy Mae Harp. She is also survived by many step-children; 80 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
