She is survived by: her husband Frank O. Diaz of Lima, OH; her sons, John Diaz, Frank Diaz Jr., George Diaz (Christine) and Mark Diaz; her grandchildren, Valanne Smith, Michael Diaz, Hannah Gunn and Zach Thomas; her great grandchildren, Aliyah White and Anthony Diaz; her siblings, Daniel Perez and Olga Garza; and her close friends, Juanita Mowen and Virginia Lepley.
