She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wade and Wanda Wade (Reigel); and her siblings, Norma Jean Wade, Mary Burden, James L. Wade and Carolyn Kohler.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley W. of Lima, Anthony L. Graham (Connie) of Lima, Kelly Smoker (Rick) of Wapakoneta and Lisa Graham of Lima. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; her five great-grandchildren.
