She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit L. Westbay and Mary C. Westbay (Moyer); her former husband Floyd Edwin Jett; and her husband John Swaney. She is survived by: her children, Jane Elizabeth Smith (Walter J.) of Lima, Amy SuAnn Romey (J. Michael) of Bluffton and Jonathan Edwin Jett (Charlene Stein) of Hilliard, Ohio; her grandchildren, Matthew Edwin Smith (Lerma), Mark Roland Smith (Lisa), Anne Taylor (Justin), Jennifer Faulkner (Erik), Kevin Romey (Alexis), Joshua M. Jett, Sarah Catlett (Corey), Emma Jett (Tyler Martin) and Ian Jett; her great grandchildren, Paige, Ethan Smith, Vincent Helton (Maci), Samuel, Adam Smith, Harper Taylor, Riley, Kohen Faulkner and Canaan Catlett; her sister Corrina Jane Arnett of Franklin; and her brother-in-law Raleigh B. Arnett.
Due to Covid-19, a private family Graveside Service will take place at the St. Matthews Cemetery, Cridersville, Ohio with Pastor Mike Westbay, officiating.
