She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo V. Ayers and Elizabeth Ayers (Tummel). She is survived by: her spouse Jack E. Smith; her children, Nancy Prorok (Jim), Sue Smith, Kenny Smith and Carl Smith (Sheila); her grandchildren, Sydney Flora (Tony) and Alaina Smith; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Smith Askins and Kelani Vanessa Flora.
