She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Carter and Lenore Carter (Fulton); and her husband William J. Bechtel. She is survived by: her children, William Bechtel, Jr. (Jackie), Steven Bechtel (Janet), Darlene Gudakunst (Donald), Linda Macwhinney (Lee), Cheryl Eversole (Terry) and Anna Bruns (Jeff). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twentyone great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
