He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hopson and Marie Hopson (Webb); and his brothers, Ernie, Larry (late Barb), Paul and Kenny Hopson (late Phyllis).
He is survived by: his wife Saundra Hopson (Pratt); his daughter Cynthia Taylor (Douglas) of Fort Wayne, IN; his sister Doris Curlis of Dunkirk, OH; his granddaughter Chelsea Dalman (David) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Pratt (Charlotte) and David Pratt (Cindy) of Mt. Gilead, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
