We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2019, at the age of 94, Myrtle Welch (Lima, Ohio), born in Martinsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol C. Russell; her grandchildren, Nichele Russell, Charlotte Crisp and Joy Julien; and her siblings, Alvin Peters, Walter Q. Peters, Rosie Lee Neal, O'Neil Thurmond and Cleoria Turner.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert C. Crisp (Betty) of Defiance, OH and Charles S. Crisp of Lima; her stepson Calvin E. Welch (Betty Jean) of California; and her daughter Joyce A. Julien of Lima. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grand grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
