He is survived by: his wife Claudean; his children, Nathaniel L. Bankston, III (Melinda) of Lima, Pamela Bankston of Lima and Michelle Bankston of Lima; his stepchildren, Tremelle Tucker of Lima and Umeki Tucker (Steve Lawson) of Columbus, OH.; his sisters, Corene Velma Pernell of Lima and Marva Upshaw of Lima; and his sister-in-law Clara Bankston of Lima. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
