It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Norma L. Riggs of Lima, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 92, on September 30, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hurst and Leona Katherine Hurst (Windhorst); her husband Richard Riggs (Dick); and her children, Thomas Riggs, Carol Spackey (Stephen) and Jonathan Riggs (Tamera). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Out of respect for the family, Masks will be a requirement and awareness of social distancing is also greatly requested.
