He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Black and Leona Black (Tallman); his wife Evelyn "Becky" Black (Snook); his daughter Pamela Black (Norbert Kidd); and his brother Paul Black (Peg).
He is survived by: his sons, Mark S. "Steve" Black (Demetta) of Lima, OH, Brian Black of Lima, OH, Norman Black (Jeannie) of Lexington, KY and Mathew Kevin Black (Marcella) of Waynesfield, OH; and his brothers, Russell Black (Barb) of Lima, OH, Jack Black (Judy) of Lima, OH and Lawrence "Butch" Black of Lima, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
